Rolodex Project II
I had so much fun with the Rolodex Project (click here),which was completed in March, that I wanted to do another one. As luck would have it, a good friend gifted me a newer model Rolodex the other day. This model will allow for more little pieces.
I want to change up the project's parameters this time around. Instead of creating one piece a day, I want to create a piece (2.5" x 4") after I finish an art project using the leftover materials. The Rolodex piece won't mimic exactly the art but will be inspired by it. On the back of each piece, I will write a brief description of the project to document the artwork referenced.
As some of you know, I've been working on collages (click here) created from quickly painted papers. There are tons of scraps leftover that are too small for these collages. Card #1 is made from these paper scraps and sewn using the same red thread.

The Rolodex is starting to fill up!
Thanks for stopping by!
So glad to see that your are continuing to create collage works while you also have started another super interesting and creative Rolodex project.
