Happy Thanksgiving!

I have another blog called Graffiti Inspirations that started in 2009 where I post about art bombing. I think the current term is abandonment art. It's been quite some time since I abandoned art. Today seemed like a perfect day to restart this project as a way of giving thanks.

If you're interested in this project, please click here. You'll find out where I'm going to abandon this artwork today.

Thanks for stopping by!

Griffiti Inspirations artwork - "Lucky"

Besides this blog, some of you know that I have another blog called Graffiti Inspirations that supports my art bombing project. Recently, Scottish jazz singer Cathie Rae contacted me about using my "Lucky" artwork on her cd cover. I was so excited and honored. As a kid, I always dreamed of designing art for album covers. So, I'm checking that item off my bucket list.

It's an amazing cd with original songs along with old standards such as "La Vie En Rose". The music is perfect background when I'm creating art.

You can purchase Cathie's cd here.

The Kindness Chronicles

I arrived home this morning from my vacation. It was wonderful and will write more about that on later posts.

I received an email from a friend and fellow artist, Deborah Stanley, regarding Fountain Valley Patch online newspaper article about The Kindness Chronicles. Deborah along with Jane LaFazio and Lyric Kinard particpate in random acts of kindness on the first Sunday of each month. Even though I'm not part of this group, Deborah mentioned my Graffiti Inspirations blog in this article. That is so nice of her. I consider this mention in the article as a random act of kindness from Deborah. Thank you, Deborah!
